Our intensive English program is designed to provide students a firm foundation in their English skills to be successful at the college level. These students will enjoy the benefit of a smaller class size and additional tutoring.

International Programs Office
At Skagit Valley College, the primary goal of the International Programs Office (IPO) is to help our students be successful. We provide support from the time that the student applies to the time of graduation including free airport pick up, housing, full orientation, student visa advising, academic and transfer advising, culture exchange programs and much more.
